When receiving a drawing, VietTech reviews the material, tolerances, surface requirements, measurement methods and requested delivery date. Any unclear points or machining risks are discussed with the customer before production begins.
We do not try to accept every request. VietTech focuses on work that fits our equipment and current control capability, so each order can become the start of a dependable long-term relationship.

05 — QUALITY CONTROL
From drawing review through packing, each critical requirement is linked to a defined operation, measurement method and confirmation point. Abnormal parts are segregated and addressed before work continues.
Control does not wait for final inspection. Critical dimensions are confirmed at the appropriate operation, while abnormal parts are identified and segregated before moving forward.
Changes involving people, machines, materials and methods are reviewed according to their impact. Inspection and traceability records are prepared to agreed project requirements.
