Geometric features

The central cavity is machined through several diameter steps with a blended transition. The Ø40 bore is controlled within 40.03–40.05 mm, giving a total tolerance of 0.02 mm. Four mounting holes are arranged on a 60 × 60 mm pattern, while two pipe-thread ports are located on perpendicular faces.

  • Stepped central bore: Ø30, Ø40 and Ø45
  • Ø40 bore limits: 40.03–40.05 mm
  • Functional bore surface: Ra 1.6
  • Four Ø11 mounting holes
  • Rc 1/8 and Rc 1/4 pipe-thread ports

Machining and control

Machining must maintain the relationship between the central bore axis, mounting face, four bolt holes and side threaded ports. After dimensional completion, the component receives black oxide and a final appearance inspection before packing.

  • Stepped-bore dimensional inspection
  • Mounting-hole pattern and position checks
  • Pipe-thread inspection
  • Black-oxide and visual inspection
